本协议的签订、履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。若因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权将争议提交至有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
The execution, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction for resolution.
本协议自您首次使用本产品之日起生效。我们有权在必要时修改本协议。修改后的协议一旦在网页上公布即有效代替原来的协议。若您不同意修改后的协议内容，请立即停止使用本产品；若您继续使用，则视为接受修改后的协议。
This agreement takes effect from the date of your first use of the product. We reserve the right to modify this agreement when necessary. Once the modified agreement is published on the website, it effectively replaces the original agreement. If you do not agree with the modified agreement, please stop using the product immediately; if you continue to use it, you are deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
